The Kastriot Museum, in the village of Sina of Dibra is located only 20 kilometers from the city of Peshkopi. In 1985, this area was defined by historians as the center of the Kastriot Principality and the birthplace of the Albanian national hero, Gjergj Kastriot Skanderbeg. For this, a museum was built in the village of Sinë e Poshtme in the same year.
The existence of the “Cape of Skanderbeg”, “Stones of Gjin”, as well as the finding of an inscription in stone during the excavations for plates, led to the construction of the museum, which in its composition has held a number of objects of fighters gathered among years.
